I am having shoulder pain for last 3months which is increasing now. Frequently get sprain, having lower back pain n numbness in left hand... last 1wk have severe pain in right knee... I have attached x-ray reports for your understanding... Unable to upload Rt. Knee report it reads as - Reduced patellocermoral joint space Osteophytes noted over lateral femoral condyle No soft tissue swelling noted... my doctor appointment is after 3days.... Pls help what does the reports mean is there anything serious...

Fell from stairs and knee hurt badly. Need some ointment and medicine to heal. No previous medical record or illness

Hi Team, I have getting pain in my sternum from last 1.5 month. Consulted cardiologist he said no problem in in heart. Then Consulted to gastric Dr he said no acidity problem. Both are said this is muscular pain. No medicine required.Ask for some exercise. I am getting pain in my lower left side rib.When I am. Sleeping in left side I am getting pain. If am doing any stretch I am getting pain. I have minimal slip disc problem in my L4 L5 Lowe back from last 4 years. So that a m doing some exercise and stretch for that. Please suggest me what to I do. Is my sternum and lower rib pain is linked to my old lower back pain. Suggest me.

I was playing football continuously for a week & got pain in my left joint knee. This was 2 months back, I didn't take any treatment. I thought it will heal on its own. Now, even after 2 months I still feel the pain when I wake up in the morning due to cold winter? I feel the sound of the knee crack in the morning. Is this a cause of concern? How should I proceed? I want to apply MahaNarayana Tel so that it wil heal. Is that useful? Thanks Doctor.

While playing football yesterday I bent my ankle on an uneven surface on ground. Now I have problem walking - it hurts while I walk and it is swollen just in front of the elevated small bone hill on ankle (outer side of leg/ankle). The area is little swollen and pains if I press it or I walk. It's been 24 hours. I have been applying Voloni spray, oxalgin gel, hot water with salt and ice pack on it. I can move my ankle in circular motion but it feels jammed on the outer side. Should I take any medicine now? Will it go on its own? How long to wait before I see a doctor? I can walk but with difficulty and can't put much wait on this leg. Injury is in right leg, outer side of ankle. I had hurt myself at same place 3-4 years back but it had cures with minor pain continued for long time.

I got accident on 14th may 2018 and got lumber spine fracture (L1 brust fracture) . Then i consult dr bharat dave spine specialist and he advised fot the operation with 6 pedicle screw i.e.fixation of d12,l1 and l2. And also done decompression. Today i live with this hardware inside my spine. i feel that now i can not walk properly and cant run even few steps. I have pain in my back and also in my muscle of both leg specially in calf and in thighs.i can not walk with bare foot because there is ample pain in my right ankle and planter facities muscles.how to get rid of this pain and how to get strength.?

I had injured my right knee on 11th Nov, 2018 during my taekwondo practice. It was a twisting injury. Also I had an MRI few days ago, which confirmed the following things : 1) Complete tear of anterior cruciate ligament 2)Tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus(grade 2) 3) Partial tear of lateral collateral ligament 4) Knee joint effusion with suprapatellar bursitis. 5) Bony contusion and marrow oedema in proximal portion of tibia predominantly lateral condyle. Right now I have some mild pain, along with instability and clicking sounds. The doctor said that I need surgery. I want a sccond opinion, do I need surgery? Please help ASAP.

I had a knee injury about a year ago and it was more or less healed However, ever since winter started my legs feel really cold and those joints and the muscles around my knee and thigh feel really cold and hurt a lot. There are some spots that have dark red spots which hurt.
