I have pain in my back which might be because of bike rides. Doc has suggested I stop using bikes forever. I'm a bike enthusiast.

These are age related changes in your spine. There is wear and tear if discs , which is seen in a lot of people. If your have back pain, the best way to deal with it is by maintaining good posture, keeping active.working on building your core strength. Major reason for this to happen is due to genetics and to an extent due to smoking
