I have pain around me knee and also in my Shin. I have had this for a while but for the past few weeks it's constant and noticeable.

I had a problem of lateral meniscus extrusion on February 2018. After checking up with doctor I had undergone UST on my knee and did rehab exercises and also took a break from any kind of sports for 6-7months. I occassionally play cricket so my question is can I play cricket freely now? As of now I don't have any complain of knee pain generally but when I climb a lot of stairs by jumping little bit pain is there though not for longtime.

I have this problem of pulling pain and bump in my shin area while running or brisk walking. Previously it used to occur after running fast for a short while, but now I experience it sometimes while walking too. I have checked on the internet and found shin splints to be a matching diagnosis. Could you please guide me? I would like to know which specialist to consult.

We recently visited an orthopedic surgeon to consult about my mother's problem and according to the doctor it's osteoporosis that weakening her bones and started these medicines described in the attachment below... It's been only 8 or 9 days and she is having extremely dry mouth and throat and some ulcers in her mouth... abdominal pain when she try to sleep on her back and not able to sleep on her sides due to some minor trauma at that side and have started loosing hope because of these new problems.. I am really worried and want to know if these medicines are okay and dose not have any life threatening side effects for any patient... Please help us out and guide us.. 🙏

My wrist pains even in slight movement of hand. Not able to lift anything little heavy. Sudden jerk/harsh push or movement causes extreme pain. I tried using move ointment, but no improvement. When I try to rotate my wrist I feel a small sound/or something is stuck. Kindly guide me what can be the issue.

Pain in knees for many years. Pain varies with time. Even having problems while walking. It have been found after x-ray that bones have eroded slightly.

I took blood test,got result as vitamin D is 5. I have more leg pain. Doctor suggest improve Vitamin D. How to archive that, is I should have non veg to increase or any vegetables

After putting plaster in leg , when surgery can be done . My mother fallen down and she had a fracture in her leg . Ankle fracture
