Dexa scan shows -2.1 (both T and Z score) , bmd 0.699 in hands and parathyroid 110 . Should I consult orthopaedic or any other specialist?

I always got neck from time to time. But from past 3 months i have left side chest pain. Is it related to ortho or not. Because all cardiac evaluation is normal. Back pain at left heap joint and left knee. Ibs problem. The pain and irritating feel left heap joint and knee.

I am having 1) heel pain                       2) leg pain                       3)calf muscle pain                       4) knee pain for the past 15 days or so. I am a fast bowler. I have been pain in ny both shin bone from last 1 and half week. I have done some icing on it (2days). I was practising continuously in the pain. My wife aged about 38 facing pain in ears, teeth and do not chew foods during last near about 1 months. The local dentist gave opinion about whole in teeth joint & ENT said its joint pain in jaw. They gave medicines. But permanent remedy yet to be come. Two days ago a homeopath doc has given me suggestion to do MRI. but I have not done yet. So please help me for my wife's permanent remedy.
