I had ACL complete tear last month and was in bed rest for 3 weeks. To avoid surgery, I opted for physiotherapy. From 3 days, I have been doing physiotherapy exercises twice a day with 20 reps like bending knee, pressing knee against the bed etc. So I would like to know when I will be able to walk normally?

Since you have decided to go for physiotherapy, you need to do a good physiotherapy program. You need an ACL rehabilitation program, which will help strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings. You need to do this for a few months, to see the difference.
Usually acl tear will not heal by physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is done to strengthen the knee muscles. If you have opted not to have surgery continue knee exercises for another three weeks.
When you will be able to walk normally depends on how stable your knee is.
