You got Bankart lesion with Hillsach lesion. You probably need Bankart repair with remplissage. Please contact Prime Ortho and Shoulder Care to get appointment with Shoulder consultant

Whether you need surgery or not depends on how this issue with your shoulder is affecting you. If the shoulder feels as if it coming out of joint frequently, then you are likely to need surgery.
