I collide with a severe bike accident in which I had diffuse axinol injury I was in coma for 2 months then physio took place I became ok now it’s been 2.5 years I m facing difformaties in right hand means calcium has increased on joint on right hand due to this I can’t straight my hand nor I can mould

I am sorry to hear the severe accident you had. With being in coma and also injury to your hand, you would have developed thickening of joint covering and tendons. That could be the reason or if you had a fracture and it healed in an abnormal position, that could also cause your problem.
You will need to be examined and also will need xrays or scans of your hand to see what is the issue and what can he done about it. After this much time, the chances of getting your hand back to fully normal is less, but without looking at details it is not possible to comment
