My 10 yr daughter complains of foot pain, sometimes at toe area, sometimes heel and sometimes whole foot. This pain is not triggered by anything particular. Sometimes she gets up in middle of night complaining about pain. She is active in sports. She wears comfortable shoes. Sometimes she does not complain for months, and then suddenly without any reason her foot starts paining. She gets well after soaking the foot in warm water. But I am little concerned about her, should I be worried about this?

Yes foot pain in children is due to 101 causes. The most common one at 10 yrs can be idiopathic but other common conditions should be ruled out like tarsal coalitions ,dynamic muscular imbalance and accessory navicular. Google it and consult a foot and ankle orthopaedic surgeon.
