Mr. MOHAMMED YOUNOS.S        Abdul Salam.S. M.S.Ortho,MRCS  MRI OF LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE      Technique:    Sagittal T1, FSE T2, axial T1, axial T2, coronal T1.    Findings:  Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at L5-S1 level. No nerve root impingement seen. Vertebral bodies and their posterior elements show normal marrow signal intensity. Conus medullaris and cauda equina show normal morphology. Thecal sac displays normal signal intensity. No intraspinal mass lesion seen. Sagittal spinal canal dimensions (bony) are within normal limits. Pre and paravertebral soft tissue planes appear normal.   Screening of sacro-iliac and hip joints: Both sacro-iliac joints appear normal. No femoral head avascular necrosis seen.     Screening of cervical and thoracic spine: No significant disc protrusions or canal stenosis. No intrinsic cord lesion or extramedullary cord compression seen. Vertebral bodies appear normal.
