Bone & Muscle problems

My son got thigh pain , he got injured while playing, showed to doctor he said muscle injury , given muscle relaxant oilment,  applied for week still pain is there not able to walk , he has pointed pain in one place in thigh. Do we need to x-ray ? How long will it take to recover ? Anything can be done for fast recovery ?

I have lower back pain and right hip pain. And getting stiffness when sitting and in morning for the past 10days. So I have taken MRI it tell that 1) Posterior annular bulge of L4l5 L5s1 causing anterior thecal sac indentation without spinal canal or nerve root compromise. No disc herniation or nerve root compression or osteomyelitis at any level. Just want to know how am getting pain in hip.. How long stiffness will be there.. I am doing stretches.

Pain exists in lower back especially left side and it going upward sometimes when I sit it exists in seat part also when I go for motion (Indian style ) I get pain in my knee also My MRI report says this Superior end plate depression involving L4 Disc desiccation changes noted at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels Diffuse disc bulge with posture-central disc protrusion at L3-L4 level. With no neural compromise Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1levels with no neural compromise Disc osteophyte complex noted at C4-C5 ,C5-C6 levels causing compression of thecal sac and grade-1 central canal stenosis.  I had vitamin d hydroxy serum test 32 deficiency

I'm 28 years old. Doctor told me that I have early OA. I suspect is this a age for this disease. I have attached the xray report. Can somebody view the xray and provide right guidence Regards Arul

I am Having lower back pain since yesterday morning, can't move much and sit straight. If i try to sit i can feel lot of tension at lower back and while sitting down if i look down the pain triggers

I had typhoid 30 days back, completed course. Since then I had weakness which is recovered gradually. Since I was on bed rest, I use to get left shoulder pain comes and goes, severity from mild to moderate. From last 5 days it was paining continously, it increases pain when I wake up in morning or stand up after sitting, taking support to back. There is no restricted movement or pointed pain but it feels heavy always and pains sometime. When moderate pain raises in back side of shoulder, shoulder blade, and just below armpit near shoulder blade, I feel heaviness in triceps, left trepezious and in palm cousion just opposite side to thumb. 2 days back I met orthopedic doctor, he has given me Nicoace MR, cortrik 6. twice a day in 12hr interval for 5 days. Its only one day I taken doses of both. I observed increased hunger, slight swelling on face and dark circles. I have got tested ECG, and different blood tests, ECG was good, vitamin D was deficiency found. Please suggest something.
