I am a 26 year old female. I am experiencing pain on my ankles, knees and elbows from past one week. Sometimes the pain moves to the hands and fingers as well... ankle pain is more severe when compared to other joints.. what could be the reason? And what treatment should I take?

I have numbness in my right upper thigh for the past one and half weeks. MRI report says I've mild to moderate compression on L5- S1. L3-L4 diameter is 0.9, L5-S1 diameter is 0.6. but I don't have any pain on my lower back. I've only numbness in my upper right thigh. One doctor said that it is sciatica. Another one said it is lumbar disc disease. Another one said meralgia paresthetica that comes because of wearing skinny jeans. Please help me to know the difference between these 3. And what is the correct treatment for my problem.

Value of R. A. test is < 20 IU/ml Method : Immuno Rate nephlomatry. What's the interpretation? Pls advise. Due to moving pain in hand and leg above test was advised.

I am feeling heavines specially on right side of body. Right shoulder neck & arm is paining and my right shoulder is feeling a little downward in comparison of left one. And right side lower rib also felt alittle upper, Also some type of contraction or stiffness feels on right side upper back may be behind the liver and pain also goes downward to right leg. In lying position sometime I also feel pain while breathing And when I bend forward lower spinal bone make alittle clicky noise. And also Gastritis. Please suggest. Ultrasound report is normal. Shoulder issue, mild pain. There is a gap in shoulder joints, consulted doctor is saying ,it is normal but I am not comfortable with that shoulder.
