Hi,
I am a 49 year old male, 168cms height and weighing 84kgs. 5 months back I had Arthroscopy surgery of left knee to treat torn meniscus. During surgery it was found that I also have arthritis. My doctor suggested PRP to treat this condition and I have had 2 injections. Since then condition has improved and I have started 30 minutes brisk walk every day because now I want to reduce weight. But somedays there is pain in knee which radiates in whole leg leading to limping. My doctor had advised Nucoxia 90 or Voveran SR 75, OD x 3-4 days, to subside inflammation. My question, how many of these pain killers is safe in a month which will not affect my
kidney. I drink 3 litres water every day and I just had my complete health check and everything is in normal range. I am also following diet plan to reduce weight. Please advise.
