Hi Sir, I'm hearing clicking sound at my hip. I have consulted a doctor at my native. They said, this is snapping hip syndrome and reffered to physiotherapy. But I don't see any progress on this. Can someone assist. thanks

If it is snapping hip syndrome and if is Painful then something can be done.Otherwise leave it alone and avoid activities which cause snapping. Sometimes it can be self limiting and can disappear on its own. Avoid heavy gym activities
