1st need to know complete history since pain started i.e. 8month back. It may be related to concern join or attached soft tissue structure. If possible send your scanned Digital Xray to my email id. Without previous report very difficult to jump on conclusion, i mean Diagnosis. Thank you ajeetphysio@gmail

did you ever had a fall and landed on your hip ? or Did you ever injured your hip and had cut / infection.? because just that bit information aint enough to diagnose anything. get an MRI done if you feel that there is no swelling / it does not hurt while walking. Could Be AVN Femoral Head, or a severe soft tissue injury , or something else seek an urgent orthopaedic advice
Next Steps
Consult Orthopaedition
