Bone & Muscle problems

During night times or mostly while sleeping, I'm getting severe pain in my right leg calf muscle. This issue is there for many years, but it occurs occasionally. But whenever it occurs, the impact is severe. Can you give me some suggestions to overcome this problem ?

Iam having severe pain in neck bone backside abd lower back pain too iam also suffering from migraine and under tablet naxdom 500 mg which i take when only iam not able to control headache. Wanted to know is the bone problem and joint psins due to this...consulted orthopaedic doctor but no use. Not able control the neck pain as the pain is ferting passed on to shoulder and back also. Any doctors un Fortis bannerghatta road to address this.

Sometimes i stopped urine almost 2 hours. Are it will decrease my height ? Because i felt like i decreased my height ? Are it will decrease my height ?

I tore my Hamstring a couple of weeks ago and had surgery but it doesn't feel any better it is discolored and very swollen. Is this normal for how far along I am?

My father age 68 has ACL tear. Two orthopedic doctors have suggested Key hole surgery. He is retired and no heavy work is expected. But he should be able to walk properly. He is diabetic.

Its been 41 days since I fell on my ankle and there is still slightly pain, no swelling or anything just slightly pain, so I wanted to know is it normal or do I need to see a doctor.
