Bone & Muscle problems

I have flat feet which causes me a lot of pain when I use my feets for a long period. I have tried various exercises and foot correction sloes also but none of them gave me a permanent and longer duration effect. Is their any permanent solution to this proy or not. Please do tell

I have back pain from last 17 years and knee problem from last 2 years . Because these have over weghiet. I can't walk .

Severe waste pain through out day and night from last two days, particularly on lower right side  which is not tolerable now. There is history of back pain for years and had visted couple of doctors regarding same. Back pain starts after couple of hours of sleep and various locations. Done MRI as well. Checked uric acid,b12 and D total recently - all of them found normal. Shall we consult orthopaedic , physiotherapist or any other specialist?

I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from past 9-10 years, my right knee got severely affected by it and it doesn't move in any direction it just got stuck and looks like a bended stick. My Dr. Who is an rheumatologist suggests me to get a knee replacement surgery as soon as possible but a surgeon told me that i would not get a knee replace as i am only 25 but i have rheumatoid arthritis in almost all my joints and my left knee has started affecting by it. And the surgeon told me that he would not conduct a total knee replacement surgery on my knee but he can operate my knee and make it straight like a straight stick of wood as my leg is slightly bended from knee but what is the benefit as my other knee has also started affecting by rheumatoid arthritis. What should i do ?

I have been prescribed Defcort 6 for pain in knee . I have a breastfeeding infant. Is it safe to take it? kindly advise.
