Last month I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery .operation was successful but I have fixed flextion deformity I cannot pull my leg straight to 180 degree there is some problem in knee and not able to bend the knee .please help me can it b resolved through exercises coz I don't want a resurgery again for this deformity .please help and suggest

If you had surgery last month, then your iowrwting surgeon is the best person to seek remedy from. He/she will be able to guide you and the Physiotherapist about how much to work on the knee
