I underwent ACL reconstruction on 14th August and now almost everyday I felt feverish but no high temperature, today it was 100°F, I have been prescribed a painkiller and antibiotics, and when I take the dosage at night the fever goes down, is it normal to have a low grade fever after surgery

Yes it is normal to have fever till 100* F. As u had iv line, beside during surgery lots of chemical hormones are released which cause fever. But if the fever is there for long time then see ur surgeon for right decision of treatment further.
