3rd grade ACL tear in both knees
I have 3rd grade ACL tear in both knees, left knee injury is more than 5 yrs old and the right one is one year old. I have been advised to go ACL reconstruction in both knees. What would be the better approach- Unilateral or bilateral? Which knee should be tested first ?
