Bone & Muscle problems

I met with an accident 3-4 months back.. had a hair line fracture and internal injuries. I went to Ayurvedic consultation where the .doc added the raw plaster to my feet. Within 20 days my fracture healed but there was swelling and pain near the ankle joint. Then I prefferred another .doc which did X-ray my feet to check and gave me some medicine and asked me to soak my feet in to hot water for 3 times a day.. I did so .. then after wards when I wasn't in relief , I consulted third doc , who told me to have a fiber plaster for 6 weeks.. jst a few days back , it got removed. But again now I am walking , I am facing the swelling and pain again at the same place. I am now having TENDOFIT tablets , thrice a day. Please consult me with something. It is becoming a issue and I am really now frustrated. Thanks !

I have this cracking noise in my back between the spinal cord and scapula.it used to be painless and just used to crack whenever i adjust myself but recently there is very mild pain when i move in a particular direction.i do workout in the gym but without any weights

Hi Doctors, I had pain on mild pain on my Right shoulder and pain got relived without medication. Usually I sleep on that shoulder and my weight is106 kgs. Again I have been to doctor today as I find some kind of bone growth on shoulder and there is not such growth on left side of shoulder. Doctor was saying there is nothing major it is just a prominent bone nothing else. And if I want,I can get an x Ray done Now can you please tell me what is Prominent bone on ACJ? What is the reason for such growth. Please note these growth is not bothering me at all but thinking about this. Doctor findings attached & can u suggest

When I woke up morning I got my neck sprain and the pain is unbearable it goes till upper back and shoulder. What should I do to relief pain.

My latest blood serum test for Vitamin D total shows 17.08 ng/ml. I would like to have doctor's opinion on the result. What medicines are required to be taken to increase level. My exposure to sun is very less specially during winter months.

I have been suffering from right lower abdomen pain and lower right back pain over right side since months.... I had gone thru several meditations and scan reports show that im perfect.... 3years back pain problem কমর থেকে বাম পায়ের গোড়ালি পয্ন্ত ভীষন যন্ত্রনা হয় একটু হাটলে কিছুখন দাড়িয়ে থাকলে।বসে থেকে উঠতে গেলে কষ্ট হয়।বাম পায়ে সব সময় কামড়ায়।

I fell on road and got all my pressure on wrist, got swelling afterwards, so I reached for xray and on consulting to physician it wasn't fractured. But last finger and that side of wrist is still painful on moving it, cannot take pressure as the pain goes till elbow. I don't know how to treat it and does this comes under orthopedic, neurology, chiropractor or physiotherapy?
