3 months over for tibial fracture and im nail now I am on more than 50% weight bearing so shall I start practicing without walker or crutches and with shoes or barefoot.

Let me know when the Nailing was done after the fracture. Normally nailings are done with the intention of full weight bearing and also x-rays indicate you need to 100percent weight bear as able. Physiotherapist input will be of tremendous help. Your case might be exception. So speak to your surgeon
