Pain in right knee while run or stairs
I used to run regularly on inclined surface. I stopped some four months ago. Now, when I'm trying to run again, I feel pain in my right knee only when I try to run or climb stairs. Sometimes while climbing stairs, i feel pain, and it feels like fragile (as if something is going to break inside) . It happens after a running /long walk session. But, it gets better after two three days of normal rest (daily routine, no runnning). Kindly suggest, if it'll get better once I hit my normal routine again. Or it needs some more examination. Thank you.

Get an MRI scan for peace of mind and rule out structural changes meeting a knee surgeon. Normally rest and physiotherapy should suffice if no major structural change.
