Knee pain while climbing stairs
I am experiencing knee pain while climb and descending stairs, specially in the right knee. And I usually have digestion, gastric, acidity issues. These days I am feeling a little low in general.

If there is no instability or giving away sensation then just do physiotherapy but if there is any instability it's better to get an MRI done to rule out any ligament injury .
