The best way to fix your bad posture is to take help from those who sit next to you at work and family members. Tell them to constantly correct you on seeing your bad posture.
Take breaks every one hour and stretch your back and neck at work
Doing certain yoga exercises like bhujangasan tadasan and Surya Namaskar also help in posture improvement but do take help from a yoga instructor.
Avoid using any posture correction belts
