Viral arthritis 1yr ago still joint pain
I had got vital arthritis in August 2017. I had developed severe knee joint pain. Pain killers and massage oils had reduced the pain. In May 2018 I conceived. After delivery in February 2019, the joint pains are back. Am unable to stand, sit with move around with ease. Impossible to sit on floor. My legs have no strength. Please help.

Hello Pls start doing stretching and strengthening excercises Have a check at ur Vit D levels That should help
