I am 27 years old and pure vegetarian. I am having some pain in my knees from past few months. Someone has suggested to eat fish oil tablets. Will it suffice the cause? Also how many tablets of 1000mg one can consume in a week?

HI Sir/Madam, I have nerve compression in my back as per reports I got and I have been having mild pain since 1.5 years it was misdiagnosed as stomach pain and now the back pain became worse as I went for jogging unknowingly for continuous 4-5 days. I am getting different sensations when the nerves are being pressed. Doctor told operation is required and I am not considering operation as I am just 28 years old and felt I will rest for some days and see. Please give me advice what can be done.

I went through an MRI as i was struggling with pain and discomfortness and got the finding as 1. Intrasubstance signal in the posterior horn of medical meniscus - grade 2 signal 2. intact cruciates, collaterals and cartilage Can someone please suggest if this is serious? And what action i should take

My 3 and half yrs old son fell from the slider 2 weeks ago and broke his both the bone in forearms in right hand..he had a closed reduction procedure and doctor was able to fix it as shown in attached post procedure x-ray (taken a week after the procedure). I As per our surgeon the bone is not completely  straight yet. He believes that it will fix fully within 3 to 6 months by itself as he is a growing  baby while the cast can be removed in 4 to 6 weeks from the day of the procedure and his hand will be back to normal. Please share your opinion on the same after looking at both pre procedure and post procedure x-ray if we are on the right track

My right hand ring finger recently started locking in the mornings, I know of this condition as my Dad also has it and he did a surgery. I am not having pain and this locking happens only in the morning. Both my hands bcome stiff after i wake up, later they get back to normal with no pain at all. I do not want to do any treatment or surgery, can I do something at home to treat this? I am in another country rightnow and have no insurance yet, so I cannot visit a doctor for few months. Please suggest something that I can do at home.
