Pain in left knee (Not Middle only sides
Hello, From past few months I get pain in my knee when I lay down on the bed only (anytime). The pain gradually starts and than passes on to the feet, this only happens when I lay on right or left side, once the knee touches on the other leg or any other thing like pillow than the pain starts the pass as mentioned above. Suddenly the feet becomes hard and when I twist it a cracking sound happens and I get relief temporarily, this happens cracking and pain happens constantly. One day I tied crepe bandage on the knee and I got relief and have been following this from past 6 months. Now the crepe bandage had started hurting my skin and I can't use it for more than 2 hours or less. The pain is getting bit worst now. Long back I visited a chiropractor who advised to wear knee band constantly during the day and it worked but the day I stopped the pain came back. Any advice that can give me relief from this horrible pain.
