Can a 50 year old lady walk for one and a half hour in a day. Will this cause thining of bones. I mean 45 min morning and 45 min evening walk

Age 47, weight 76, male My joints (at the foot) makes noise while walking since couple of months. However there is no paining or burning feeling at all. Except for noise everything feels normal. No family history. Medical history - cholesterol (border line) and hypertension (130/90). My weight in feb 2020 was 90kg and now 76kg. Lost 14 kg with daily brisk walking (1hr) and healthy food. I quit smoking since Feb 2020. No liquor drinking habits. Social drinker only. Kindly advise what could be the reasons for such noise and suggest home remedies and or further course of action.

Lower back pain while walking. And knee pain while sleeping. Both are paining when continues standing while cooking.

There is severe pain in thumb and at end of the thumb it looks like that nerve strain has happened.Also there is pain while bending the thumb in a particular direction. Any suggestions as how it can be treated.

I was all right till this morning... was having a little pain in left knee... But suddenly left knee swallowed... and can't walk at all... Knee is not bending... Can lift right foot above while lying down... but can't lift left foot up... where as till this morning I was lifting both legs.. for exercise... and was doing stretch exercise. Please advice.
