I started keeping ice pack for about a week then I feel this burning sensation around my left knee. What should I do

Dear Doctor About one year ago I had a traumatic fall and got fracture in L1.. I was being treated conservatively...Now I am doing good..I am overweight...I am doing yoga regularly... My concern is ...my left leg starting from upper thigh ,buttocks,and down the leg...in the side of leg gets feeling numb and weak... If a stretch a bit..it get good...again it start... Actually it comes and goes... I had done Mri earlier..it was good and shos no neurology deficits... Looking forward for your valuable suggestions in this case...

Sir ! My mother is 69 year old . She suffering from steroids induced Osteoporosis . BMD dexa test reflects T-score of -3 at several site. As per prescription of here an orthopedic qualified doctor Terriparatide injection being continue since 1 months. Also Calcium cap. OD. ( Bio-D3 strong ) Piroxicom tab 20 mg. SOS (Several paths report here enclosed with ) What more should I do for her speedy recovery ? Please suggest !

My 15 year old daughter injured by twisted toe during running. In X-ray 5th metacarpal Jones fracture detected.. As per local qualified doctor kachcha-plaster for 1 week have done which remove on 31 december 2020 . Now doctor ones again impose Articast plastic casting.. She is taking 1 tab. I have suffered L1 compression fracture one year ago..I was treated conservatively...as per latest Xray report...my fracture is clinically healed and doctors allowed me normal activities... I do brisk walking every morning...Followed by 20 mins jogging...I m doing yoga... From last three to 4 days I have started playing badminton,and suddenly today experiencing lower back pain... I m scared now... Is it any case of concern??? Kindly guide me...
