My brother Anu Agarwal is facing a problem with his leg as his legs nerves has been injured and leg has been injured very badly because he was driving the scooty and some mishappening happened and he fell down and the scooty break rod has been gone inside his leg and when it came out there is a hole in his leg and all blood loss was there so can u tell me which doctor to consult as it is very much emergency

My brother Anu Agarwal is facing a severe leg injury which is done because when he fell from scooty the scooty break  rod has been inserted in his leg and when it came out all the blood came out severely the body is full loss of  blood we consulted the doctor nearby and there was nine stitches in his leg and yesterday it has been broken the stitch  has not there it been a week ago the stitch has been broken that is why all the the body muscles are being seen so please tell me what to do currently it is very much severe please tell me what to do currently and which doctor to so everything please please tell me everything

I am having pain in my left hand and shoulder from last 8-10 days. Also swelling is dere. Eating pain killer flexon and using pain killer spray and ointment but no relief. Paining even when not moving hand.

Sir I am having back pain while lying on the bed due to which I can't sleep in the normal way() and if I try to sleep on my left side it would be very difficult for me to  breath so i usually sleep on my right side but still it pains, and when I wakes up from the sleep my body will be full of pain ( back side) This all happened after a bike accident A year a ago, so i took xray and consulted doc he gave s ome oil ments and medicines but it worked only for few days and the pain started coming back again

Yesterday morning there was sudden overnight swelling and pain in my toe (second toe from right). I used Cold compress 4-5 times in the day. Last night the pain was quite bad so I took 15ml ibugesic plus as this was the only anti inflammatory drug at home. It helped to subside the pain. Today I got serum uric acid test done. The result is 2.8ml/dl. The swelling and pain is still there. There has been no injury either.

I have got removed my dhs on 4th March and now my thigh is so hard and pain also.will this pain be still there and when can I walk normally with both the legs on.what should be done to heal it faster and what precautions should be taken now .

Yesterday I visited to orthopedic who tested and told deficiency of calcium fir which he prescribed calcium rab & multivitamin along with pain killer, today I taken calcium tab and multivitamin but not painkiller, now my stomach is out of order and suffers marod in stomach, I feel I should repeat this prescription, please advise
