Bone & Muscle problems

Iam suffering with lower backpain since 1 year. All is started last year when I bend forward and done some work without any break for 20 to 25 minutes, then onwards my back pain started.  I can't bend forward more than 1 minute, if I do so my back muscles are getting tight and feeling very much pain. I have consult orthopaedic & physio but results are temporary. should I consult a neurologist? Please give me some suggestion.

I am getting gout attack once every year ,more or less around same time . I consulted a doctor in my city and he said I have to completely stop the consumption of all kinds of protein including all pulses . please help me out and Which kind of Doctor should I consult for a long term solution?

When i stand after sitting for 20 to 30 min or 5 to 10 min without back support, i am not able to stand straight for next 3-4 min. Also pain at back side of neck ,when i rotate my head 360' and if suddenly i turn it  left or right.

My mom has been suffering from RA for 7 yrs. She has taken lots of medicine and consultated lots of doctors but no solutions. For the last 3 yrs, she has been talking dexona, aceloc 150 and vevoran SR 100 which she was getting relief earlier but now she is feeling pain in stomach periodically.
