Hi, I have lower leg pain on outer side . I was bedridden for 2 month and skin traction for treatment for AVASCULAR necrosis. After that I go for Ayurvedic treatment and I feel better but after 1 month I got pain in lower leg and I am not able to walk and some time even I lift the leg there is pain in lower legs. I am familiar with AVN pain and I know it's not pain due to AVN so please tell me what to do. I doesn't want to take medicine without any diagnosis so please help me if any diagnosis for that. I have read about peroneal tendinitis and my pain area is similar so please help me out. I will be very thankful for helping me in right diagnosis.

I having back pain when I sit , my hack is stiff when I sit and instantly feel good when I stand , I didn't feel any issue in walking running , I having only issue when I sit . I feel something like rubber band snapping through our my belly and back .I have done MRI for lumbar spine but there is nothing in that.

Hello Roctor, I have a nect pain from few days and it's getting severe. The pain is on the left side lower neck, right before shoulder. Please assist me on the same.

Base of my foot pains during odd times. The pains starts suddenly. No swelling, no clot. It's like a nerve pain. I'm unable to do exercises or walk especially bare foot. With shoes to sometime it pains.

After removal of the splint Brace . How many days after I can again involve exercise and gym etc. In my daily schedule. Will i find pain in wrist after years or months . If yes then what's it's remedy.?

Got my ankle sprained 3 weeks back and on consultation, got to know it's a Grade 3 injury. Suddenly my pain increased over the last 2-3 days. I have ankle braces which are elastic(brand is Tynor). Please assist on the recovery time and suggestions for a quicker recovery.

Hi doctor Greetings this is for my mother 44 yrs old and she is having back pain for almost ten years and now after our consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon we found that she has nerve compression (attached MRI) due to disc slippage and he said that surgery isn't required as of now and she feels pain only in the legs that too during night times that she couldn't sleep and she is wearing braces and physio,and she refuses surgery in such case what could be the treatment doctor please..
