Bone & Muscle problems

My mom has been suffering from RA for 7 yrs. She has taken lots of medicine and consultated lots of doctors but no solutions. For the last 3 yrs, she has been talking dexona, aceloc 150 and vevoran SR 100 which she was getting relief earlier but now she is feeling pain in stomach periodically. And also she is not getting 100 ain relief of Ra. I would appreciate if anyone could suggest best medicine. She has already taken ace proxyvon, pan d capsule, saaz SD and hcqs 400 tab for 2 months but no solutions.

I hugged my 64 yr mother too tightly while getting her down from a rickshaw.. That time she felt pain in the left side of her back.. We applied heat pad.. At night the pain got worst.. And it has been 2 days, the pain is spreading to her entire left chest.. Under the left breast..  It pains when she moves or takes deep breathing.. Sir I had vitamin d deficiency my blood level of d3 was 6ng so my doctor gave me to take lumia 60k iu for 8 weeks after that my vitamin d level became 78ng but now after two months iam getting all the symptoms back like fatigue,nose blockage sinus problem,forgetfulnessand heart beating fast sometimes.Is it possible for my vitamin d level to drop again?
