I am looking for an advice related to the pain I experience when I press any bone in my body, I have a deficiency of vitamin d for which I am taking Taco 60k tablet once a week. But the pain is still there, please advice could there be any other reason for it

Post ACL surgery
My husband got ACL operation on January 4 2021. After operation now he is facing severe neck pain and headache. He is not able to bare the neck pain and headache. He is not able to sit few minutes also. Please suggest best medicine for this.
