Had a bike accident and was experiencing a bit of uncomfortable pain in the left knee. Was able to walk properly. But some movements like picking things from the ground causes a slit uncomfortable pain in my left knee. What should I do next? Have attached the MRI summary

Hi, I'm suffering from back pain so my PCP inform him to have a blood test, amount of uric acid is 8.66 and also the amount of calcium is low. Kindly prescribe me medicine to lower uric acid and tablet to increase calcium. I have normal bp, no diabetic.

I am having left neck, shoulder and arm pain since 3 weeks. It started as neck pain and gradually moved to shoulder and arm. Mostly the pain comes in the morning after waking up.
