Bone & Muscle problems

I was all right till this morning... was having a little pain in left knee... But suddenly left knee swallowed... and can't walk at all... Knee is not bending... Can lift right foot above while lying down... but can't lift left foot up... where as till this morning I was lifting both legs.. for exercise... and was doing stretch exercise. Please advice.

Having pulsating pain in left foot index finger joint - pain is sharp and keeps occurring with gaps. This has started from yesterday night - there is numbness also in other fingers and thumb- kindly advise

My left ankle gets twisted sometimes when I walk. From 2011 I having this ligament problem and I have fallen down 6 six because of this twist. Now I'm done a MRI as recently also it got twisted. my reports shows left ankle reveals complete tear of the anterior tabofibular ligament. Is surgery only its solution...

My 3 and half yrs old son fell from the slider 2 weeks ago and broke his both the bone in forearms in right hand..he had a closed reduction procedure and doctor was able to fix it as shown in attached post procedure x-ray (taken a week after the procedure). As per our surgeon the bone is not completely  straight yet. He believes that it will fix fully within 3 to 6 months by itself as he is a growing  baby while the cast can be removed in 4 to 6 weeks from the day of the procedure and his hand will be back to normal. Please share your opinion on the same after looking at both pre procedure and post procedure x-ray if we are on the right track.
