If knee joint Growth plates are closed then is there any chance that i can increase my height . Do all growth plates fuse at the same time ?if not then what should i do now ? should i take the x-ray of my wrist and ankle ?

Hello Doctors, My wife who is a rheumatology patient, got flared again post delivery. Upon our regular rheumatologist suggestion, we are using hcqs and prednisolone (occasionally). The pains are getting worsen day by day and we are not able to meet doctor in person as we are out of town.
