I done my Acl reconstuction and maniscus repair 6 weeks before. i have stiffness in knee also not bend it bends around 30 degree. i dont have any physiotherapist in my area. what should i do? can possible knee bending around 130 degree??

I am Suffering with Osteoarthritis my Rheumatologist suggested me to use Saaz Ds 1mg tablet after breakfast and Cartiquine 300mg tablet after dinner. Does this medicine delay my period and Does it effects Menstural Cycle?? Pls answer my Question...

About two years ago I had intense pain and knocking sound in left knee whenever I used to fold my leg, walk, or do any activity. Upon medical consultation and x-ray I was diagnosed with Left knee Chondromalacia Patellae and vitamin D deficiency (PFA the report). After physiotherapy the pain went the sound remained but it was all good. But ever since the lockdown began the pain started returning slowly and now even if I walk for 5 minutes I experience too much pain. Even the left heel has started to hurt for the past few days. Please help.

Leg pain from the thigh to the ankle.  No extra activities apart from regular walking, driving etc. This too is for 5 years or more. Not overweight as compared to my height.  Tried oil  massage, hot water steams. Pain killers . Does not really work for more than a day or two. Cant make out actual reason for such pain. It is bearable though

I have minute sore throat and headache since morning. my son had cold 2 days ago so might have caught the infection due to him. Can I take becosule and azithral after food as I was prescribed the same medicine earlier for the same issue.

Extreme Pain in feet (finger ankle etc) . Unable to walk, Not even a step. Already have BP sugar and kidney issues. Swelling was there earlier but almost over now.

Doctor recommended me fiber glass cast for big toe mtp joint sprain ,is cast is good option to cure sprain in mtp joint

She is suffering from knee pain from past 10 days. it's not continuous pain. But it pains more in morning and in night. The pain has increased now... What need to be done.
