Bone & Muscle problems

I am 51 year old and have been consistently walking and running since last 3 months . Since last three months I am walking and running almost 10 kms every day (walking 6 kms and running 4 kms) Now since last seven days I have pain in right feet heel and as such I cannot walk or run with pain. I tried to use ice packs once or twice a day , it works for sometime but later I am in the same condition. Request your help. I am allergic to brufen pain killers , as I get acute pain in stomach Request your help .

My mother has fallen from a height yesterday nd has developed a sweeling in her ankle .first she was unable to stand nd walk but slowly she can walk so we just applied moov spray nd gave her an painkillers but today the area has sweell up nd its has pain while walking .she is not able to walk properly . My mother she is 65yrs old while she walking early morning no swelling but after some time swelling appear i done serum uric acid its 2.6 and xray foot also its also normal i taken her to MS doctor he said its urine infection morning i have to urine routine and its also normal what's the fault she diabetic and hypertension and sugar also in control while we putting in hot water swelling is reducing after some it same swelling appear is this any serious issue she had recently angiography also its normal and is this any ligament issue or any tendon rupture
