Since you can't take much pain killers then do physiotherapy and contrast bath and if no relief go for local steroid injection in heel, it will help you.

You might have pain due to calcaneal spur and  plantar fascitis. You need physiotherapy. 1.When you wake up before putting first step do plantar stretching exercises. 2. Contrast bath for heel and sole 3. Rollover exercises 4. Paraffin wax bath at physiotherapy center 5. Painkiller sos as last measure. You may connect directly with practo to my profile.
