Killing pain in the lower back
My mother who is 55 yrs is suffering from killing pain in her back . Got her x-ray and was on medication for a month but after a month things worsened and the pain worsened. So ESR and tuberculine skin test was done. Her ESR is 45mm/hr but she is -ve in the tuberculine test. Will U please suggest the next step to be taken.

Unilateral leg swelling
29y/o F- complaint of unilateral leg swelling with no pain,tenderness or temp./skin changes (since 7-8months).
Pain developed recently(2days) in the back of the knee.
Doppler results attached (done 5 months ago).
Can the edema be the result of the popliteal cyst? What should be the further management?
