My spouse F-32 was having left wrist pain from last 15 days, yesterday visited Ortho doctor , he has done xray and told that she is having de Quervains tenosysnovitis , he's has given 10days tablets , Cycofit tab twice daily and B-29 tablet once daily and Lignogesic oinment, also told that if pain is not releived in 10 days we need to do Heat Physiotherapy for 10 days . There is no pain in other fingers of palm only when twisting thumb towards palm there is pain or doing something with thumb there is pain. With Above prescription we are doing warm compress as well 4 times daily. Can you guide if any exercise or anything else need to be done to cure it ? How much time it will take to cure ?

Recently i have been suffering from lower back pain. The pain usually occur in the junction of spinal chord and waist. The left and right side of back around spinal chord and both buttocks. I have consulted with my local orthopaedic Doctor who after investigation advice me for RAF, URIC ACID, VIT D3 AND HLA B27 tests. The X ray report showing that the bones are perfect as the doctor said. Is it really ankylosing spondylitis?? Can someone please help me??

This pain is above the knee cap on thigh area  Suffering from last 2 months . It's been 3 months I have delivered a baby via c section. Not getting any satisfactory consultation. In addition to dis bcoz of covid restrictions not getting any house help. Doing each n every household work by my own. Also I can't visit a doctor personally bcoz of covid restrictions. Hello doctor actually I had 2 ct scans one of head and one of abdomen and pelvis and I also had 2 xrays one of chest and one of back all that in two months was that exposure harmful. And has Increased my future cancer risk I am worried I am only 20 year old

I am 38 year and having muscles fatigue and pain for some months now. I just done a test and my vitamin d level came out as 5.95. Is that can be cause of my muscles pain or is there any other tests I should go for. And is it advisable to play sport with such low vitamin d level.

I had very mild joint pain in gluteal region. I went to the doctor, he gave: Lignogesic gel Retoz 90mg 0-1-0 (7days) Chymoral BR 1-0-1 (5 days) Today it is 4th day. I don't have pain now. Can I stop the course today or tomorrow? Will it cause any problem?
