6months back suddenly by legs became weak due to back pain when I undergone MRI scan I got know that I have problem in my Disc L1 L 2. Doctor suggested some medications and exercises and I was able to walk. But now if stand or walk for long time my legs feels weak and some tingling sensation in legs. Physiotherapy helps me to overcome this?

My mother is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since 2 years and the problem is increasing day by day ...at this stage where medicine is not that effective , a doctor has suggested betamethasone injection course of 5 doses to my mother . Should we take that coure , is this effective in curing the disease ,are there any side effects of this...please suggest

Hi, I have left knee pain.. I consulted practo doctor who adviced zerodal-p and calcium tablet for a month with knee strengthening exercise.. I am using stairs although I know I should avoid which gives me pain. I want if I should avoid stairs completely for a month ?
