Bone & Muscle problems

Sir This is Rajesh singh,I am 27 yrs old,last 1 year my leg and Thais automatically thinning I don't know why it is happening, upper part of body is ok,but lower part of body Automatically thinning. Especially Thais, below thais,if possible Please suggest me ,what should I do,I want to become it thicker.so that body will be matched plz reccomend me which doctor is suitable for me,some body tell go with orthopedic, some one else suggests me go with neurologist, I totally confused with whom I should take suggestions so that I can feel better .

I have disc bulge in L3-L4 and also in T4 to T8 from last 1.5 months , what should I do ... I m taking medicines

This disc bulge problem is 1.5 month old inT4 to T8 , but from last 3-4 days , I m feeling difficulty in breathing ... Is it serious or regular in this desease ???

Had a fall while trying to balance my scooter loaded with a pillion rider. Before falling on the ground the entire balance was on my right leg failing to support it I lost the balance and I fell. Since then i have this pain while sitting doin and getting up. And also the pain increase if I sit down in squatting position. Apart from that I can walk swiftly. A slight pain while bending down to tie my shoe lace and other things.

I am suffering from LBA for 1.5yr. Recently MRI was done for lumbar spine. Why USG abdomen RPLN is recommended after MRI of lumbar spine for LBA is done... WHAT IS RPLN?

My mother had spine surgery (Laminectomy and discectomy) on July 29th, 2020 and 31st, July 2020 we discharged my mother. During September, leg swollen got increased in both legs and it is not reduced days goes on..We took  LFT, RFT, Venous Doppler test. After reviewing the report, the doctor told there is DVT formed in the leg and asked us admit in hospital. They put Enoxaparin injection 2 times in day for 3 days. We could see both leg swollen got reduced completely. After we discharged to home  and doctor suggested to put same injection for next 3 days and asked to put Warfarin tablet. We did as per doctor suggested. After some week , leg swollen got increased moderately and still being in the same level. When they sit or walk for some 5 to 10 min the leg swollen increased again.. When we check with doctor, the doctor says it will cure in further months and asked to continue Warfarin tablet. But we little feared, please suggest how long it will take to cure leg Swelling...

I am having heal pain in both feets since one week. Not able to walk with pain.The pain is not shooting one.It comes only while walking or touching it

My mother has arthritis problem which make there left wrist swell and pain . Need advice regarding diet and other medication (allopathy, Ayurvedic or Homeopathic).

It's my recent orthopedic check up , just to second opinion before taking into further . I said my ortho problem the examiner suggested these medicine .
