Hello. I think I have a Dowager's Hump at the nape of my neck. I've had this since many years, perhaps due to constant bad posture. All this while it didn't hurt me, just occasionally some shoulder ache, which was not as bothersome. But of late, I'm having a constant unease, mild ache/tension in the upper back. Especially the shoulder to shoulder blade region. Could one of you guide me through the complete detailed process of getting rid of this? Is this completely curable? I hope it is. I also just ordered for a posture correction braces. Would they be helpful? Also, would consulting a chiropractor work, besides physiotherapy? Please help me out! Thank you.

Having shoulder pain from last 15 days. He is having pain while doing any physical activity during day and night

From one month I have pains in my fingers,wrist and knee joints.I visited rhemutology doctor and after blood test evrything is normal expect uric acid which is highest i.e 9.So doctor gave me uric acid tablet-Febuxostat 40 mg for 1 month or more.But I got to know from few resources that if we start taking uric acid control tablets,we have to continue for lifetime.Is it true?

Last year I had a sprain in my right leg. Doctor told that I have a hairline crack. Suggest cream and bandage. Now that pains when I walk extra distance. Also I have bunion in that leg. Please advise.

During lifting weights I bent my tricep too much against the load. As a result. There is a spreading of tricep near my elbow and the ulnar nerve is also moving out of its groove I'm also not able to achieve a full range of. Motion in my arm.  Got a NCV test done, normal function. I feel delay in reaction time in my arm also. I'm an athlete with an active lifestyle and need full functionality of my arm. What steps should I take to overcome this issue? Is surgery successful in achieving full functionality?

Can following two injections can be used in place of each other: Does MEPSONATE (Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for injection USP (IM/IV) ) can be used in place of Depo-Medrol (Methylprednisolone Acetate Injectable suspension USP) (IM) ??

I have done MRI for left knee on 27 june 2020 and it shows report as - Horizontal Linear altered signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus reaching up to the articular surfaces - Garde 3. I have completed treatment of Avnac SP 2 times a day,Voxipar DSR 2 times day, Tendering forte 1 times and Advice gel 3 times a day formation for 1 month that time when i jave locking 2 times that time only and after that now I feel no any pain and able move leg,walk, seat without any issue and pain. But due to lockdown , leg movement is safe in home and nearby. Kindly suggest if arthroscopic still require in future or any suggestions??

I have uric acid level of 9.So I want to follow a diet plan to reduce uric acid levels.Daily 1 boiled egg,8 soaked almonds,green tea,1 banana and vegeterian food.Is this the right food that Im following?or anything that I can avoid from above mentioned

My wife is polio patient in right leg. Her age is 45. She got severe pain from last two month and not moving properly. Dr are suggesting fusion and triple arthrosis. Is it safe for her or we go for any other option. Will mobility be affected more after surgery. She is taking Nucoxia MR twice a week. Please suggest us.
