Inguinal pain

I've been having inguinal/lower abs pain since last 4 months, it started while I was working out in gym. The pain is in right side of lower abs. I can feel that while bending and moving / walking. But, don't feel it much if I'm sleeping. I also feel pain in inside of right leg a bit sometimes. I stopped working for a week but it did not improve, So I visited a Physiotherapist. The pain got better for a while and then went back the same. So, the physiotherapist referred me to an orthopedic. He checked but didn't find anything specific so he asked for a sonography, the sonography came with no specific findings. After the next visit he referred me to a general surgeon, who checked and guessed it might be hernia despite me telling that the previous doctor ruled it out. Now, I still have the pain and I've no idea which type of doctor to visit. I'm not confident in my last doctor's diagnosis so can't go back there. Guide me please.
