I get gout Flare attacks atleast once a year but this year there has been 2 back to back. Once on the right big toe and second on the left ankle. Changed my diet and taking below medicines for immediate relief but pain doesn't seem to come down. From the current prescription should I replace Dolonex with Ibuprofen. Hi, my friend has been suffering from back pain for almost a month now. She has been taking medicines for it but it has not been cured. Last Saturday, she got food poisoning, she took some medicine and got better but last night she got loose motions and took lomotine and enerzal electrolyte drink. Her back pain has not been cured till now. We were wondering if she has an infection and this diarrhoea and back pain are related. Please help us with your meaningful suggestion. Hi all, Weight-99 Height-180 Reducing my weight through diet and walking I am having burning sensation around the knee feel it like 4-5 times a day in my left leg more right leg very very less(right leg has interstitial ACL tear  one year old , no pain while walkingnow it's ok after physiotherapy).I was 105 kg , gradually reducing it from past months. Kindly help me out with burning sensation. Done uric acid and RF factory and b12 and vitamin d and glucose and other test too everything is normal. After MRI I started keeping more weight on my left leg our of fear , Kindly help me out how to resolve my issue

Day before yesterday i did bench press and some triceps weight lifting exercises after almost an year, and the weights were quite heavy, and i did not do a nice warm up. now i my chest muscles are paining badly. and my triceps are also paining badly. i had zerodol-p day before yesterday and yesterday, but seems like it did not work.

Hi, My right hand's forearm operation was held on 9th October. There bone grafting and plate implanted. I had removed slab after consulting doctor on11th November. After that I went for physiotherapy for 15 days. 90% swelling and hand movements has been recovered but swelling around this bone as shown in picture is still there. My hand looks slant because of that. Please suggest what to do.
