Dear Doctors Please help me understand the report for further process for the treatment. Please help me with this report

Got operated for fracture in Sri sai hospitals Bangalore Karnataka, not his Stritch has to be removed in couple of days now currently discharged to our native In Mettur Dam , Tamil Nadu, need a nurse / Brother to remove his stretch. The x ray scan is attached for reference, pls help

I have recently delivered a baby almost 3 months back . My husband is an army officer . After my delivery we had to shift to new posting within 25 days of my delivery bcoz of which I wasn't able to take rest as I had to go for packing my house and moreover I had to get up from bed right after 10days for my daughters needs . For almost a month I was fine having slight pains in stiches . We came to our new posting by road as my daughter wasn't allowed to travel by air and we had covered the distance in 3 days by road . After coming here we had to set our house in vich i had to climb stairs unpack the stuff all alone along wid my husband as We were not allowed to have any household help bcoz of covid. After coming here n setting my house I am stuck wid knee pain. It's a pain like em not able to sit down . Whenever I put pressure or weight on my knees pain occurs . It's like em not able to sit down on my foot or climb stairs .Earlier I thought it wud resolve itself bt I was wrong .plz help

I fell down from bike 2 months before and I had done an X Ray of my left  foot front and back due to swelling. Consulted a physician with the X Ray report and found no fracture or cracks. I took painkillers for 8 days and the pain gone away. Now since last 15 days I feel that when I try to sit on the floor , I feel pain in backside of ankle (near the vein). also when sits for 10-15 mins and while waking up I feel pain in Knee. Feels like muscle sprain. Please advice what medications do I follow.

My mother is feeling swelling in right knee .She is using ice pack on that area and feeling slight better. She wants to know whether morning/ evening walk is allowed in this condition or she should wait to come in normal condition. Second Ques.is : Iban Plus tablet can only be taken  empty stomach in morning or at any time in day?

I have pain in my back from past 3 years but had no pain so I stopped excise and now it gone worst in L5-S1 disc .There is no Achilles reflex from past 7 days I am in traction from past 96 hrs with Wight 8 kg. And now discharge from hospital Dr has suggested me for surgery. What can I do plz suggest me

I have three months old daughter. After one month from my delivery, there is severe pain in my waist and knees to ankles legs. I have got the general test done and found low in Calcium, Vitamin D and Iron & high in Protein (but uric acid is normal) and cholestrol. I am taking calcium and multivitamin suppliments. Should i take any other medicine as my baby is taking feed or what should i do?

My left hand middle finger is in bent position since couple of months...I had tested the RA and it found positive...and Uria little bit of positive...I had taken medicines from a an orthopedic specialist..but still seeing the same problem...please advice

In the month of october my hand was accidently bump into the wooden gate and it swelled. Then i applied pain relief gel on it and applies hot bandage for relief. It gave me 70 percent relief from pain but till now it is paining like 30 percent of the pain on the first day. I can move my finger easily but it is paining since october.

I had open elbow surgery in October 2019 following fracture. Now I am unable to bend my elbow more than 95degree. Doctors are still suggesting physiotherapy. Need proper suggestion in this regard.
