I am A Tele caller by Profession , I Work Most of Time on Computer , I use Round Stool To Sit , From Some Days my Neck Back side is Paining , when I do Neck Excercise I get nerve sounds , I Use Big Pillow below neck to Sleep in Night .Some Time the pain is Worst , Do I need to undergo x ray any treatment please suggest .

Hi, Sorry for the brief previous question. My pain initially started behind left knee joint , I applied a balm with pressure for relief , and suddenly pain increased , feeling difficulty while moving . After hot massage ,  when in straight stretch , Parallel to floor ,or in walking , it is normal. But when sitting in chair or legs kept on height or at certain bend angles ,pain starts from hips upto thigh . Climate is aggregating my pain. Please advise.

My mother is suffering from knee pain Her right leg is swelled. It is happening from around 6 months. She can't walk and stand properly. We have applied a lot of home remedies but it is not working

Hi I am 17 years old. I feel a snapping sensation in my right shoulder while swaying while walking/running. Its painless, i play tennis with the same arm and i dont feel any pain. When i move my shoulder very quickly i hear sounds. What is it? Should i rest my shoulder or do strengthening exercises for it

Once if she sit and wake up for anything and start to walk she is not able to walk properly she have to stand still for 5-10 min then can walk.if she tries to walk her balance disturb and she fell down or some time she tries for move normally turn left or right she is not able to while she has tried some medicine pain killer and all still the problem remain same. So need advice for which treatment we should go on now i am thinking to try hijama and acupressure treatment but don't know will this work or not. Please suggest me some better treatment. My son aged 13 has pain in 3rd and 4th toe and big toe. He is shocking sensation irritation behind these fingers. Could not able to keep the left feet down  for long time. Pls suggest what could be the issue and resolution. Attached the blood report

Hi all, I had injury on Jan 2020, initially I used to fell stiffness while walking,now after physiotherapy (started from sept)and regular exercise It is becoming normal day by day. My worry is will the tear heal itself completely or will it remains same and what all precautions I need to take to protect it. Kindly help me out

I m taking trajenta duo2.5 mg/500 twice daily to control blood sugar. I m also taking medrol 4 Mg. I m feeling knee joint pain for the last 5 days. I shifted to tragenta 10days ago. Prior to this I was on glycomet0.5 mg once daily. Will my knee pain vanish on its own or should I change medicine.

Sprained my foot 3 weeks ago but continuous pain exists. Putting volini and hot water dips but not helping. Please advise
