Doctor prescribed me palmiges capsule for cervical pain , I want to know this capsules is pain killer may lead to any side effect or not

My right hand thumb got hit by volley ball and injured. I have no severe pain or swelling. But when I wake up in the morning I feel little pain at the left bottom side of the thumb just above the joint and this pain goes away gradually through during the day but again evolve in the next morning when I wake up. I had an accident on 1st dec 2020 n had a fracture on the right leg, i had n operation n plate is fitted, when i visited the dr after 45 days ,he advised me more 45 days rest ... total 3 months rest, he asked me not to put pressure on the leg , i m providing the x ray report, plz advice , i m very frustrated

Hi doc I delivered a baby 7 months back normally. Since then i am having constant backache nd body stiffness. Has calcium and iron supplements for 3 months after delivery. Also i having chest pain while holding the baby or bending my body. A nerve in my wrist gets blocked sometimes, due to the canula. Which doctor should i consult for these issues

I hit the wall in anger, and now there is pain in my knuckles and upper side of the wrist. I don't think it'a fracture but there is pain when I touch my hand. What should I do ?
