Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, i suffer from gouty arthritis which ends up making my foot joints stiff but no pain. One of the doctor prescribed me combination of pcm and aceclofenac 100/325 twice. So i wanted to ask can i take 100 mg aceclofenac only instead for stiffness ?

My wife just got tested with bone tb. Can I or any other family member get bone tb through air or any other medium?

A short time pain(30-60 sec) started from mid-center of chest going to throat, back-neck and shoulders in morning, max time empty stomach. Regular shoulders pain. A regular tennis elbow pain in left elbow no going to right elbow also Regular knee pain in morning after wakeup but relax after some time. Diagnosis completed 1. Cervical spondylosis 2. Mild Cardiac problem LAD-50% D1-50% OM-40% 3. URIC ACID Normal now On 20 Nov 2020 it was 7.8 mg/ dl

I fell down in January 2021 month end and had undergone an MRI as there is lower back pain to left hip joint. I also had similar incident in 2019 and undergone an MRI , got confirmation that I need not undergo any surgery. With recent fall, few doctors suggested surgery and few recommended rest for 3-4 weeks. I am able to observe pain reduction slowly past one week and not using any pain killers. Able to walk on toes and heels.. there is no numbness in any leg and bladder control is also normal. Please suggest any treatment apart from surgery and will I need to undergo surgery with my symptoms. Will I heal normally without surgery to get back to normal life or will there be any complications going further without surgery.

Sir, Iam suffering knee pain from 1 week, I taken x ray, In that light rubbed back side of knee cap patella. Is there any serious, Iam doing exercise quad And walking daily morning 1 hour Evening 1hour Iam climbing steps daily, It will cause any further damage to cartilage. Plz help me Thank u sir

Sir/madam before 2 year ago at ground i suffer from knee injury so i take rest and m ok but before 3 month m running on ground suddenly feel pain on my right knee so I'll go for checkup and do MRI and in MRI report " -Diffused EDEMA ACL -altered single at anterior  roof of lateral meniscus ' lightly contusions. what does that mean and after 60 days i have training to do so m i able to do it or not please help me my life depends upon this.

My mother has been facing pain on the soul of both feet since 2 months and we have consulted doctor [Civil Assistant Surgeon] ,he  prescribed sugar test which is normal , some tablets and told to change the chappal  which relieved from pain for few days and again pain has started since yesterday .Doctor prescribed same tablets and again diabetes is done with normal condition again . I don't know what causes this pain to her and whom to consult . Please help me through this

I am 5.7-5.8 height male can i grow another 2 to 3 inches and if yes what should i do i growed 2 inches this year i mean in 2020 i am 5.7 or 5.8

Pain in my right foot in the area behind small finger pain is small and only some times not always it is there for 6 to 8 months

Sir, My age is 35 Just 1 week back in x ray doctor confirmed Pateollofemoral pain, light cartlage rubbed Now pain is normal, Shall I continue my normal life, My job is construction field, daily I need to climb staircase 300 steps and 3kms walking at site, Daily iam doing walking morning, And quad strng excise. Plz help me sir, Any thing what should I do Thank u
