Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I am experiencing crackling sound when I sit down and getup,I used to hear for 2-3 years,but now when I climb steps it's audible to others also.experincing slight pain in knees in both legs.also feeling foot painful to stand up for sometime.i don't have tyroid and diabetes, checked last month.calcium s less when I did blood test and also monocytes were zero.why is that

I used to play volleyball/badminton since childhood. From last 10 years I have some instability in left knee and severe pain from last 2 years (specially in winters). Cracking sound always comes from knees, while walking around 7 crack sounds in 10 steps. While sitting, in around every 2 mins I feel knee joint is locked, then I have to straight the leg and a loud cracking sound comes. I had done MRI two times this year, which I am attaching. Please suggest some treatment advice.

I am feeling very pain in right leg calf while walking for 2000 steps. Actually before 6 months I don't have any pains but now I am feeling pain.

Hi, I am suffering from cervical spondylosis as per X ray report. Medicine prescribed by doctor - 1)Vertin 16 2) Nurokind plus 3)Stugeron Plus Blood report Normal (CBC, TSH, Calcium, Vit -D, ALP) .. What physical exercise/Yoga/therapy will help me to correct my problem. Dos and don'ts in dis prblm ?

Having lower back pain since 2 week. Pain got increase when i am going to sit or stand and in only at one side (right). The pain is in nerves not in bone

I have little numbness at my left middle and upper back , and sometimes numbness . Is there any remedies I can do at home to overcome this . Had pain for a week and now pain is not there but little numbness whenever I walk or stretch

Hi I am a 41 year old obese female and have just torn my acl - complete tear . It has been 2 weeks and my Ortho says don't need immediate surgery and can wait a year even . How long before I can walk normally again ? I am not an athlete but I do like to swim and walk and dance - will I be able to do all this without surgery ?
