Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having mid back pain for over a month and of late I get numbness and heel pain even if I sit for just 5 minutes. What should I do and which doctor should I meet? Thanks in advance!

Having lower back pain. Sometimes it increases and generally get relief after a sleep, Unable to sit for more than 5mins regularly

Hello sir this is govind Singh  from Indore It was a problem of 25 year ago I was suffering with jaundice and typhoid. Then I got cured. But  there was weakness but I didn't focus on my health and I started gym and I did the exercise and for gaining weight I did the extra squad ( uthak baithak ) then after 2 days it started pain . But I ignored that then for few days I stop to go to gym. But still  it was not cured. Then I went to doctor he gave some medicine so for few days  it was ok for 1 month then again I started to go to gym and again it was started to pain . Then day by day it was  past  2yr    and right now some time it's not pain' and when I walk more it pain too much that I AM not able to stand for more time and doctor was saying your bones is too weak and you have calcium problem also and still i am lossing my weight so what should I do Please guide me I am so nervous

Hi doctor, My husband Knee elbows got reddish and swelling and it is very painfull.How to cure pain instantly.What are the tablets need to take.is there any side effects in taking such tablets..will gout leads to a big trouble of affecting some others parts in the body.

There is crackling sound in bones from different parts of body. When my husband walks there's sound from left ankles. When he twists wrist, there's sound, shoulders, arms elbows. I know that air from bone joints creates such sound but this entire bones making sound. Is there any problem with so much cracking sound. Also whenever he have pain in bones it takes more than a month for pain to go. Is there any deficiency of vitamins or calcium. Please let me know.

I have been having lower back pain after waking up in the morning for the last 2 months. But yesterday, the pain shot up and it is so extreme that I cannot get up from bed, walk, bend forward or backward or even sit. As soon as I try to do these activities, there is a severe pain from my lower back till my ankles. I am under pain medication but the pain is not going away. I am almost immobile.

I have lumbar spondylosis. At first doctor prescribe me Renser NT tab... After taking that i feel very bad headache. After that doctor change that and give pentanerv NT... After taking 2 days i feel again a bad kind of headache all over the day,and also pain in my eye. Is these kind of nerve medicine is necessary or can i stop to take them? Plz doctor i need help.
