  4. Suggestion. Should i adhere to?

Sir kindly suggest what to do based on the attached report. Please tell what is the disease, how it is severe till now and what line of treatment should I adhere to? I don't want to take medicines due to gastric issue. Currently having heaviness in lower back but not much pain, also taking required precautions and warm compress. Please suggest if any exercise can cure it. Please help
